- Subscapularis
- Teres minor
What Does the Rotator Cuff Do?
- Helps elevate the arm overhead
- Helps stabilize the ball into the socket at the shoulder
Do I Need to See a Physician?
Generally, when in doubt, consult with your physician. For Rotator Cuff Irritation, indicators that you should see your physician are:
