My Restorative Physical Therapy Telehealth or Telemedicine allows for physical therapy services to be delivered via phone, smartphone, or computer-based technology.
Who is Eligible?
Dr. Jennifer Prewitt, PT, DPT, OCS is a physical therapist licensed to practice in Washington State. Even via Telehealth, practicing across state lines is not permitted without special certification/ permission. At this time, My Restorative Physical Therapy can only offer Physical Therapy within Washington State. We will continue to monitor the healthcare landscape for changes to these regulations.

- We Will Schedule a 10 Minute Complimentary Phone Consultation to Make Sure Telehealth is Appropriate for You.
- If Telehealth is Right for You, You Will Complete Intake Documentation and We Will Schedule Your Initial Evaluation.
