  5. Friction-Free Apparel (Varying Prices Online). Athleta and Lululemon are the brands that have worked best for me and have minimized wear and tear on my skin that can occur with running. Top priorities should be a sports bra that keeps your ladies and place and doesn’t rub and jogging bottoms that stay in place and don’t create excessive friction on your skin at your inner thighs.
