Do I Need to See a Physician?
Generally, when in doubt, consult with your physician. For Plantar Fasciitis, indicators that you should see your physician are:
- Your heel pain is due to an accident (this suggests that your pain is likely not truly Plantar Fasciitis)
- Your heel pain is accompanied by numbness and tingling (this also suggests that your pain is likely not truly Plantar Fasciitis)
