Mobile Physical Therapy Model

My Restorative Physical Therapy uses a Mobile Treatment Model

What is a Mobile Treatment Model?

When practicing physical therapy using a Mobile Treatment Model, there is no true “brick and mortar” clinic. Instead, we meet in your home, at your work, or in a gym. Anywhere we can realistically and safely conduct a physical therapy treatment session is fair game.

What are the Benefits of this Model/ Approach?

Treatment Where It’s Convenient for You

This allows us to meet where it’s convenient for YOU!

  • At Home
  • At Work (On a case-by-case basis)
  • At Your Gym (Will resume, when mandates allow)
  • Anywhere Physical Therapy can be realistically and safely practiced (On a case-by-case basis)

Decreased Time Spent in the Car

Some patients end up spending more time getting to and from their PT sessions than with their provider. We’re trying to change that.

Others are physically unable to drive due to the condition they are enduring, the medication they are taking, or the loss of their vehicle due to a car accident.

Greater Schedule Flexibility

Without the cost of maintaining a physical clinic, providers need to see fewer patients during the work day to stay in business. This allows for greater schedule flexibility and makes it easier for us to get you scheduled at times that work for you.

Decreased Provider Overload

Current Clinic Models often result in Provider Overload. The Mobile Treatment Model allows providers to see less patients per day, giving them greater energy and time to devote to each patient’s care.

How Would the Treatment Sessions Work?

A collapsible treatment table and commonly used physical therapy tools and pieces of exercise equipment would be brought to each session.
